I led web and email initiatives spanning site design/development, UX research/design, and marketing assets for a nationwide small-business finance provider.
An aging site and email set that looked dated, lacked a clear style, and didn’t work well on phones.
I focused on clarity— clean layout designs, repeatable patterns, and quick prototypes to validate every step.
The redesign replaced an outdated, desktop-only site with a clean, mobile-first experience and a reusable front-end system. Pages load faster, flows are clearer, and shipping new work takes less time
